WEEKLY KIDS YOGA CLASSES

Fun with a twist

Each class combines traditional yoga techniques with breathing exercises, stories, music, imagination and mindfulness to create a unique kids yoga experience. 

These classes encourage children to discover their inner potential in a welcoming and enjoyable environment and to feel good about themselves, both inside and out.

Our Children's Yoga classes are designed to be fun and energetic, with a focus on body awareness, concentration and relaxation. They are suited to kids 7 - 12 year olds.


Classes are held once per week (45 minutes) and align with the ACT school terms.
