At Nirvana Yoga, our mission is to cultivate self-awareness, inner peace, well-being, and lasting happiness - on and off the mat.
In Sanskrit, “Nirvana” (निर्वाण) represents a state of liberation - the gentle “blowing out” of fear, stress, and limitation - guiding us toward clarity, balance, and freedom from suffering.
Led by Radhika, an E-RYT 500 certified teacher, our offerings blend traditional yogic wisdom with modern, accessible practices. Through Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hormone Yoga, Yoga for Strength & Conditioning, Power Yoga Flow, and many meditation practices, we create space for strength, stillness, and deep connection within.
Yoga is more than movement - it is a pathway to transformation. These simple yet powerful daily practices help dissolve self-limiting beliefs, replacing them with vitality, gratitude, resilience, and joy.

YOGA RETREATS
We regularly organise yoga retreats in Australia and internationally. Our retreats offer participants a complete mind-body experience. They are an excellent opportunity for total relaxation and rejuvenation, and an occasion for reflection and introspection.
