Whether working with beginners stepping onto the mat for the first time, or experienced yoga practitioners deepening their journey, she creates a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels supported and empowered.

She is passionate about education and empowering others to deepen their understanding of yoga - not just as a practice, but as a way of life.

Beyond Canberra, Radhika extends her passion for yoga and wellbeing through thoughtfully curated yoga retreats across Australia and around the world - offering participants the opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with themselves in meaningful and lasting ways.

Radhika lives and breathes the essence of yoga and believes that yoga is not just about movement - it is about transformation, resilience, and cultivating a sense of inner peace in an increasingly fast-paced world.
