RADHIKA GUPTA

Radhika has been passionately practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching it since 2016. Radhika is a Master of Yoga or Yoga Acharya who teaches classical Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and various other Yoga styles. Her Yoga training and teaching follows the tradition of Yoga practice established by Swami Sivananda. She has undertaken many professional development training programs in yoga and meditation practices.
Her own style of teaching has been influenced by several well-known teachers from diverse backgrounds and teaching styles.

Radhika is an experienced coach helping people to improve their well-being. She is an effective and entertaining facilitator and has a strong background as a teacher of classical Yoga and mindfulness.
She works extensively with individuals, coaching and supporting them to lead happier, more fulfilled lives. Radhika integrates her intuition and creativity with a focused and systematic approach.

She has extensive experience in leading yoga and meditation classes for groups of various sizes; has conducted yoga workshops; taught in embassies, companies and schools; delivered customised yoga training and rehabilitation programs successfully helping in recovery from certain diseases; and, led yoga retreats in Australia and internationally.​

AMANPREET KAUR BAKSHI

Following the Path of Yoga since childhood, Amanpreet completed her yoga teacher's training (500 hours) under the Sivananda Yoga Tradition. She holds an experience of teaching yoga in India for more than 8 Years now. She is also a trained Yin Yoga teacher (100 Hours) and specialises in this field. considering herself still a learner, her goal in life is to spread the knowledge of yoga, that she attained as a teacher, to the people as much as possible and never stop learning.

MOHAN VILAS DAS

Mohan Vilas Das holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from, Mumbai. He pursued an MBA in Finance and went on to work in investment banks in London and Hong Kong before life took a (major) turn and he decided to return to India to become a monk. 


In 2009, he joined the monastery at ISKCON, Mumbai and the very next year, he arrived at Govardhan Ecovillage as part of the core development team and since then he’s been part of finance, guest relations and management teams. Currently, he leads many programs at Govardhan Ecovillage including administrative services training, engagements with universities and environmental sustainability.

He teaches yoga philosophy to yoga practitioners, corporate leader and also to yoga students!
