108 Sun Salutations Marathon – Terms and Conditions of Participation
By registering for and participating in the 108 Sun Salutations Marathon ("Event"), organised by Nirvana Yoga with Radhika ("Organiser"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation in the Event is entirely voluntary. You understand that yoga and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, fatigue, dehydration, aggravation of existing conditions, and other physical injuries.
2. Health and Fitness
You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in the Event. You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and determining whether participation is appropriate for you.
You should not participate if:

You have been advised by a medical professional not to undertake moderate or vigorous physical activity.

You have a current injury that may be aggravated by participation.

You are recovering from surgery or a significant illness.

You have a medical condition that may make participation unsafe without medical clearance.

You are pregnant and have not obtained appropriate medical advice regarding participation.
If you have any concerns about your ability to participate, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before attending.
3. Participation at Your Own Risk
You acknowledge that participation in the Event is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your health, safety and wellbeing during the Event and agree to participate within your own limits at all times.
You understand that you may stop, rest or modify your participation at any time during the Event.
4. Assumption of Risk and Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation in the Event and release the Organiser, its instructors, volunteers, partners, venue providers and representatives from claims arising from injury, loss or damage sustained as a result of your participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
5. Following Instructions
Participants agree to follow all reasonable instructions provided by the Organiser, instructors and event staff. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or ask a participant to cease participation if their conduct is considered unsafe or disruptive.
6. Photography and Media
The Event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of photographs, video footage and recordings that may include your image unless you notify the Organiser in writing before the Event.
7. Event Changes and Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the Event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, venue requirements or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Acknowledgement
By registering for the Event, you confirm that:

You agree to abide by all event instructions and safety requirements.
